Our second day of 2016 started out great with a trip to Bondi Beach until two of the boys had run-ins with the Bluebottle Jellyfish. We knew nothing of these little creatures until today. They invade Sydney's beaches annually but only stay for a week or two. Ashton stepped on one that had washed ashore. We didn't know what it was or what had happened when he started crying. It took a stranger to tell us what had happened. Then we started seeing the little blue jellyfish everywhere. Hudson was stung on the arm and on both ankles while he was swimming. It took a little ice and time for the pain to go away. Poor boys!!
