Cannot believe this kid is starting school! He looked so tiny in his big backpack but at the same time so big.... He was super excited at the thought of school and about everything leading up to it, but when it came time for him to stay and mommy to leave it was a different story!! There were tears from Ashton for not wanting me to go. Tears from mommy for his tears and for him starting school. And tears from Jonah because he wanted to stay and play. Needless to say it was a hot mess! His teachers did say he calmed down quickly and actually had fun on his first day! But boy was he happy to come home!
