5th Grade Hoops

This weekend we had an end of the year tournament. Even though we didn't fair well in the tourney or finish with a winning record, I am proud of my girls for all of their hard work and for how much they improved from the beginning of the season!

Frozen Pipes

 This morning we woke up to water raining down in our garage! A pipe in the nursery had burst overnight! Everything upstairs was soaking wet, damp or dripping!  It had to be dried out with fans and dehumidifiers going for days; everything needs to be repainted; carpet needs to be cleaned; garage ceiling needs to be repaired. What a mess!!

They had to tear out our garage ceiling and insulation to dry out the floor above

Another Year Older....

 Today was my birthday. I was so lucky to be able to spend it with my family and celebrate with it with great friends!

Big Game

 Today was Hudson's first basketball game! It was quite a game.... We loved watching our little guy out on the court! Go Cougars!

Bounce Mania!

 Huddy had a field trip today to Bounce Mania. It is FREEZING in this building but despite the cold, the kids still had a blast!

My Star...

This week was Sienna's Star Week at school (since her birthday is in the summer they assigned her a week during the year). She brought in cupcakes to share, had me as her guest, and picked "My Little Pony" as her story for the class to read.

Nick & Carlie

 My cousin Nick and his wife, Carlie, are expecting twin girls soon! Today was her shower. It was fun celebrating such an exciting time in their lives!
